As a Pro plan customer, key users are granted exclusive access to schedule a one-time, two-hour consultation session. 1:1 Key User Workshop:
Pro plan customers have the option to schedule a one-time, two-hour key user training session per module. This focused training helps your team understand how to use ERPNext’s system modules and features to streamline your business processes. If additional hours are needed, extra charges will apply. However, if your organization is registered with HRD Corp (HRDC), these fees can be 100% claimable, subject to your company's levy amount.

Opting for our yearly subscription plan not only ensures continuity and peace of mind but also offers significant savings of up to 15%, making it a cost-effective option for long-term use.
At Byondwave, we understand that your data is valuable and we want to make sure that you can continue using our services seamlessly. If you have decided to cancel your subscription, we are giving you a timeframe of up to 5 days to export your data, so that you can keep it safe and use it whenever you need to.
However, if you choose not to export your data, don't worry, we will keep it safe and secure on our server for up to 1 month. This means that if you decide to resubscribe during this period, your account will be reactivated with the same set of data, and you can continue where you left off without any hassle. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted from our server, ensuring that your privacy and security are protected.
